Individual therapy consists of collaboration between the therapist and the client. It provides the client a safe environment to discuss, for example, identity issues, concerns about one's relationships or feelings of depression or anxiety.
During times of stress, we sometimes misuse or abuse alcohol or other substances, find ourselves overeating or engaging in other destructive behaviours. Working through these personal challenges, and facing confusing and often conflicting feelings provides clients an opportunity to live a happier and more fulfilling life, as well as gaining an overall sense of emotional well-being.
I provide therapeutic services for adolescents and adults to address problems in the following areas:
Depression and anxiety-related issues
Childhood-related issues
Trauma

Self-development
Bereavement and grief work
Sexual health and well-being
