Medical Aid Payments
Claims for services rendered may be submitted directly to the releveant medical aid provider by the practice on behalf of the client. However, it remains the responsibility of the person responsible for the account to clarify with their medical aid provider weather funds are available for psychological services, at the outset of the therapy/assessment process. In the event that there are no funds available for psychological services, it remains the responsibility of the person responsible for the account to settle the account in cash on the day of treatment.

Cash Paying Clients
Payment must be made on the day of the appointment.
After payment is made, I will provide you with an invoice that you may submit for tax purposes.
